These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TimeList platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TimeList, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
TimeList is a SaaS platform for project management with kanban boards, time tracking, team timelines, task collaboration, and additional features depending on your plan.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may register with email and password or supported authentication providers such as Google.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to violate third-party rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operations, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Do not upload malicious content, spam, or material that infringes intellectual property.
- Respect permissions and invitations within organizations and projects.
5. User content
You retain ownership of content you create (tasks, comments, attachments, audio, and other data). By using TimeList, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.
6. Plans, payments, and trials
TimeList offers a free plan and paid plans with different limits and features. Premium features may include trial periods as described in the product.
Paid subscriptions are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe). Pricing, currency, and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout.
7. Availability and changes
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when applicable.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TimeList is provided "as is." We are not liable for lost profits, data loss due to misuse, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The last updated date will be revised on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
